Westmorland-Albert Solid Waste Corporation is responsible for the proper disposal of solid waste, but is not responsible for waste collection. Waste collection is the responsibility of the Municipality in which you reside. If you are located outside of a municipal jurisdiction, the Department of Environment and Local Government is responsible for your waste collection.
